Indiana Uplands Housing Series: Residential Housing Infrastructure Assistance Program

The Residential Housing Infrastructure Assistance Program (a program of the Indiana Finance Authority) provides low-interest loans to Indiana communities to finance infrastructure projects that support residential housing development. In this session, IFA’s Program Director, Sherry Seiwert, and Finance Manager, Kary Long IV, provide an overview, describe the application process, and answer questions. This session was designed for local elected officials and economic development organizations.
