The Lawrence County Housing project will support the construction of
approximately 60 single-family homes in Lawrence County, each
priced below $350,000. The project will expand homeownership opportunities,
support population growth, and strengthen the local housing market. READI
funds will support critical infrastructure, including stormwater systems, water
utilities, and roadway paving.
