Premier Property Management Kerstiens Realty LLC is developing a new market-rate, multi-housing community in Huntingburg. With 126 high-efficiency units, Poplar Ridge will include apartments (1-3 bedrooms) and townhomes (2-3 bedrooms). READI funds will cover the purchase of materials and labor associated with the project’s infrastructure.
