This program provides affordable funding to development essential community facilities in rural areas.

Funding: Up to $10,000 with a 1:1 cash match requirement

Provides start-up funding for resident-driven groups in small cities and towns looking to implement the Community Heart & Soul model.

This program provides funding for clean and reliable drinking water systems, sanitary sewage disposal, sanitary solid waste disposal, and storm water drainage to households and businesses in rural areas.

Supports non-profit organizations building academic achievement and life skills in economically underserved youth ages 3 to 24.
