In partnership with the local developer Progressive Investment Company (PIC), the Town of Ferdinand’s Nexus Project (also known as Ironwood Residential Development) spans 57 acres and is expected to include 66 housing units. READI funds will be used for critical infrastructure enhancements, including water, sewer, electric, gas, and fiber installations, setting the stage for the phased construction of housing units.
