Sullivan Development LLC and JBH Ventures LLC are developing Oak Street Village, which will feature 50 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for residents and families earning 30%, 50%, and 60% of the area median income (AMI). The development will also include on-site residential amenities, including a childcare facility, clubhouse, and playground. READI funds were used for site preparation and infrastructure, including erosion control, site excavation, concrete, sanitary water, and stormwater sewer systems.
