The Uplands Science and Technology Foundation (USTF) is a nonprofit research foundation dedicated to enhancing the vitality of WestGate@Crane Technology Park. Niehoff will lead USTF and advance its mission to grow the WestGate Technology Park into a nationally-recognized innovation community.
