About Chuck Heintzelman

Chuck Heintzelman, Principal of Milestone Ventures, Inc., has worked in the
community development and affordable housing industry for almost 26 years. In 2000, he co-founded Milestone Ventures, which has since developed and preserved over 1,700 units of affordable rental housing in Indiana. Chuck’s prior experience includes; serving as the Planning Director for the City of Huntingburg and Tax Credit Administrator with the Indiana Housing Finance Authority. Chuck currently serves on the board of the John H. Boner Community Center and the Indiana Affordable Housing Council.

About J.B. Curry

J.B. Curry oversees market rate and mixed-use multi-family development opportunities at TWG. His role includes acquisitions and negotiations, predevelopment due diligence efforts, market research, financial feasibility, deal underwriting, and securing financing. With TWG being a full-service developer, Mr. Curry also coordinates with design, preconstruction, construction, and management teams throughout the life of the project.
