In November, ROI Ready Schools Cohort 4 members traveled to Cardinal Manufacturing to learn about this successful student-run business in rural Strum, Wisconsin. Ready Schools is ROI’s flagship educational design-thinking framework that supports PK-12 school districts in aligning their curricular and programmatic offerings to the academic and workforce needs of the Indiana Uplands.
It was in 2017 when Emily Johnson was one of ROI’s first STEM Fellows in cohort one. Johnson credits the ROI STEM Fellowship with jumpstarting her career journey to where she is now.
Applications are now open for cohort 2 of the ROI Career Coaching Fellowship! This cohort will participate in a 10-month fellowship focused on the development of authentic career connections and articulated pathways that lead to high opportunity and high wage jobs.
