Join an organization designed to make a difference, positioned to change the future, and hungry for talent like yours. If you are willing to take the initiative, we have an opportunity for you in a region we call the Indiana Uplands; in an organization with a name that captures its purpose.
Organization Overview
The mission of Regional Opportunity Initiatives (ROI) is to advance economic and community prosperity in the 11 counties of the Indiana Uplands (Brown, Crawford, Daviess, Dubois, Greene, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Orange, Owen, and Washington counties). ROI is growing potential and possibility through a focus on advanced industry sectors, regionalism, transformative school and workforce redesign, and placemaking strategies.
ROI is helping to shape the Uplands workforce through an innovative, industry demand-driven modern youth apprenticeship program called UpSkill Work & Learn. As an intermediary, ROI works with K-12 school systems, students, employers, post-secondary institutions, and state partners to create a regional system for high-quality work and learn experiences. This innovative approach has captured the attention of business, government, and education leaders across the state and country.
