The French Lick Resort, the Town of French Lick, and its Redevelopment Commission, in partnership with the Orange County Economic Development Partnership, are developing this neighborhood of 27 single-family, owner-occupied homes for individuals and families who live and work in Orange County. READI funds were used to install roadways, sidewalks, drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater infrastructure. Construction of homes will begin in July 2024.
