The French Lick Resort, the Town of French Lick, and its Redevelopment Commission, in partnership with the Orange County Economic Development Partnership, are developing this neighborhood of 27 single-family, owner-occupied homes for individuals and families who live and work in Orange County. READI funds were used to install roadways, sidewalks, drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater infrastructure.
