The French Lick Resort, in partnership with the Orange County Economic Development Partnership, is developing a neighborhood of 27 affordable, single-family, owner-occupied homes near Klondike Road for individuals and families that live and work in Orange County. READI funds will be used for the installation of roadways, sidewalks, drinking water, and wastewater infrastructure.
