Premier Property Management / Kerstiens Realty constructed this affordable workforce housing development in Jasper at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Meridian. READI funds were used to construct ten one-bedroom, income-eligible units at monthly rates not exceeding 30% of the county’s median income. When fully completed, University Heights will feature six buildings and 64 rental units.
