The City of Bedford rehabilitated and updated the Highway 37 “Welcome to Bedford” Limestone Derrick. In addition to the restoration of the derrick initially erected in 1978, the City of Bedford will install a new welcome sign, concrete pathway, lighting, landscaping, fencing, and limestone bench to allow visitors to access this historic site.
