Housing Series returns with Oct 28 with session on Residential Infrastructure Assistance Program

ROI’s Housing Webinar Series is back! In 2019, we began a series of educational sessions on topics to advance housing opportunities. Past sessions have covered housing data, TIF districts, homebuyer education programs, code enforcement, and more.

Do you need to expand infrastructure for future housing development? The Residential Housing Infrastructure Assistance Program (RIF) may be the right tool for your development needs.

Registration is now open for the October 28 session. Join us on Zoom to learn more about the Residential Housing Infrastructure Assistance Program (a program of the Indiana Finance Authority), which provides low-interest loans to Indiana communities to finance infrastructure projects that support residential housing development. IFA’s Program Director, Sherry Seiwert, and Finance Manager, Kary Long IV, will provide an overview, describe the application process, and answer your questions. This session is designed for local elected officials and economic development organizations. Please register at the link below.
