ROI extends timeline for third round of Ready Communities implementation grants

In response to changing circumstances & priorities related to COVID-19, ROI has extended the timeline for organizations to apply for Round 3 of the Ready Communities Implementation Grant Program. Letters of Intent are now due June 1st instead of May 4.

Updated Ready Communities Round 3 Grant Timeline:
June 1: Deadline to Submit Letter of Intent
June 29: ROI Invites Candidates to Apply for Grants
Aug 7: Grant Application Deadline
September: Grants Awarded

Up to $1.14 million in grant dollars is available in Round 3 to advance quality of place and workforce attraction in the 11 counties of the Indiana Uplands.

Interested applicants are asked to submit a two-page (maximum) letter of intent via ROI’s grant portal anytime between now and June 1st. Letters of Intent will be reviewed for alignment with eligibility, criteria, quality, and anticipated outcomes. A select number of applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal. The applications will then be reviewed and evaluated. Finalists may be asked to make a presentation to the evaluation committee.
