UpSkill is growing! Last week, ROI conducted its second signing day and orientation for students and employers participating in our pilot high school work and learn program.
This new program is providing multi-year opportunities for high school students and Indiana Uplands employers. Students gain exposure to career possibilities, paid employment, on-the-job and related classroom instruction, postsecondary dual credits, and industry-recognized certifications.
